Wake Park - Terms and Conditions

Applicable to Cable Park and Wakefoiling activities.

By participating, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms & Conditions.

Minors

Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or legal representative.

›   The legal guardian assumes full responsibility for the minor and accepts these terms on their behalf.

Assumption of Risk

›   Cable park and wakefoiling activities involve natural hazards , including falls, collisions, injuries, and equipment damage.

›   The participant declares to be in good physical condition and to be a competent swimmer .

›   You agree not to exceed your technical and physical capabilities .

›   Participation is at your own risk .

›   FeelViana Sport Center cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries that occur during the activity, under applicable legal terms.

No Shows & Cancellations

› NO SHOW or delay exceeding 20 minutes: the activity will be cancelled and considered completed .

›   Cancellations or changes must be communicated at least 1 hour in advance .

Alcohol and Drugs

›   If the participant is under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs , the activity will not be carried out.

›   The reserved time will be considered as used.

›   The decision rests solely with the Water Center Manager .

Wind Policy

›   Wind is a natural factor beyond FeelViana's control.

›   Customers must arrive on time, even if the forecast is unfavorable.

›   If conditions do not allow for the safe execution of the activity, a waiting period of up to 20 minutes will be applied before any rescheduling can be considered.

Excessive Wind or Lack of Wind

›   In case of impractical conditions (excessive wind or no wind), an alternative may be proposed , subject to availability.

›   The alternative may include lessons, rentals, experiences, or products from the Sport Center.

›   The customer can refuse the alternative, and no cash refund will be given .

No Refund Policy

Activities are non-refundable and non-transferable to third parties.

›   In case of unavailability or sudden illness of the participant , there will be no refund.

Final Statement

By participating, the customer declares that:

›   You are over 18 years old (or accompanied by a legal guardian).

Not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

›   She is not pregnant nor does she have any physical condition that compromises her safety.

›   You have read and fully accept these Terms & Conditions, acknowledging that they constitute a disclaimer of liability and a binding contract .

Authorizations

›   I authorize the use of my image for promotional purposes by FeelViana.

›   I authorize the sending of information about campaigns, events and promotions (when applicable).
