Ideal conditions for SUP

Stand Up Paddle Schedule: Mornings are the best choice due to calmer winds, especially at Praia do Cabedelo, where thermal winds are more frequent in the afternoon.
Weather and tides: Activities are scheduled based on favorable weather, sea and tide conditions to ensure safety and fun.
Age requirements: Suitable for participants aged 12 and over (or 10 years, subject to instructor assessment).
Health Conditions: Please inform the instructor of any physical or health limitations prior to the tour.
