Bike Tours – Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

Guests and/or visitors of FeelViana who participate in Bike Tours organized by FeelViana Sports Center declare that they have read, understood and fully accept these Terms and Conditions , including the Waiver of Rights, Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk.

2. Minors

Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

The parent/guardian or legal representative assumes full responsibility for the minor and declares to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions on their behalf.

3. Assumption of Risk and Responsibility

›   Cycling can be dangerous and involves inherent risks , including falls, collisions, property damage, or physical injuries.

›   The participant declares that they are in good physical condition and fit to participate in the activity .

›   The participant agrees not to exceed their technical and physical capabilities .

›   All activities are carried out at the participant's own risk.

›   In the event of an accident, injury, or damage occurring during the tour, FeelViana Sport Center cannot be held liable, except as provided by applicable law.

4. Starting Location

All Bike Tours start at the FeelViana Sports Center reception.

5. No-shows, delays, and cancellations

›   In case of a NO SHOW or a delay exceeding 20 minutes , the tour will be cancelled and considered completed.

›   For cancellations or changes, the reception must be informed at least 1 hour in advance of the tour's start time.

6. No Refund Policy

›   There will be no refunds for missed or uncompleted tours due to reasons attributable to the participant.

›   The services are non-refundable and non-transferable to third parties.

›   In case of adverse weather conditions , and subject to availability, an alternative (lessons, rentals, tours or experiences) or a product (Proshop, Outlet, clothing and/or equipment) may be offered .

›   The participant may refuse the alternative, and no cash refund will be given.

›   In case of unavailability or sudden illness of the participant , there will be no refund of the amount paid for the tour.

7. Final Declaration

The participant declares that:

›   You are over 18 years old (or your legal guardian assumes your legal representation).

› He is not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that could compromise his safety.

›   She is not pregnant and does not have any injuries or medical conditions that would put her life at risk during the activity.

›   You have read, understood and fully accept these Terms and Conditions , acknowledging that they constitute a disclaimer of liability and a binding contract.

8. Authorizations

›   The participant authorizes the use of their image for promotional purposes by FeelViana.

›   The participant authorizes the sending of information about campaigns, events, promotions and newsletters (when applicable).
