# Port Wine Workshop

### February 28th | 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

**Price:** €25 per person

*There are wines… and there are stories that are best savored slowly.*

On February 28th, we invite you to immerse yourself in the world of **Port wine** in an engaging, sensory, and relaxed workshop, led by an expert host who will guide you through the aromas, flavors, and secrets of one of Portugal's greatest icons.

---

#### During the workshop, we will explore:

The history and origin of Port wine.
The unique *terroir* of the Douro Region
How is a fortified wine made ?
The differences between Ruby, Tawny, White, and Rosé.
- Testing techniques (color, nose and mouth)
- Amazing pairings

#### Workshop

Includes a guided tasting of 4 to 5 different styles of Port wine and a final social gathering.

Throughout the experience, you can also participate in small sensory challenges, games with prizes, and discover interesting facts that will change the way you see (and drink) Port wine.
