#### What is the 5pm tea?
 
Every Friday, between 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM, we create a special space for:
 Slow down
 -Connect
 Strengthen bonds
 -To transform the 6:30 pm yoga class into an even more anticipated moment of the week.
 A different tea each week, with specific intentions and benefits.

#### Who is it for?
 
For all students participating in the 6:30 PM yoga class —
 And for those who believe that yoga begins before the mat.
